Revenues from mobile communications and information services in Azerbaijan in 11M 2021 increased by 5.65 percent, or 113 million manats ($66.5 million) compared to the same period last year - up to more than 2.1 billion manats ($1.2 billion), Trend reports citing the State Committee on statistics of Azerbaijan.
According to the Committee, at the same time, 42.4 percent or 893.9 million manats ($526 million) fell to the share of the telecommunications market (mobile operators).
Of the total volume of communication and information services, 75.4 percent were services provided for the population.
It is reported that more than 81.1 percent of the sector's revenues came from non-state enterprises.
