Kazakh Industry and New Technologies Minister Asset Issekeshev and U.S. Ambassador to Kazakhstan Kenneth Fairfax discussed bilateral trade and economic cooperation, Kazakh Industry and New Technologies Ministry reported on Monday.
During the meeting the parties expressed interest in boosting investment cooperation and exchange of experience in the sphere of innovation and new technologies.
Moreover, Issekeshev and Fairfax discussed possibilities of regional centers establishment to combat illicit circulation of nuclear and radioactive materials
The meeting was held at the initiative of the U.S. side.
