BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 14. As many as 15 billion Kazakh tenge ($33.2 million) was allocated for the payment of dividends on common shares of Kazakhstan's KazTransOil JSC for 2022, the company told Trend.
In accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of KazTransOil dated May 24, 2023, the amount of the dividend per common share totaled 39 Kazakh tenge ($0.087).
The list of shareholders of KazTransOil entitled to receive dividends on common shares of KazTransOil following the results of 2022 is fixed as of 00:00 on June 5, 2023.
Meanwhile, during the first quarter of 2023, KazTransOil saw a sharp increase in the volume of oil transported through its primary pipeline system. The total amount reached 10.3 million tons, demonstrating a growth of 591,000 tons compared to the same period in the previous year.
KazTransOil JSC is the national operator of the main oil pipeline. It is part of Kazakhstan's KazMunayGas national company. KazTransOil JSC owns a diversified network of main oil pipelines 5,400 km in length.
