BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 17. The Turkmen 'Mizemez gadam' enterprise increased the production of construction materials from January through April 2022, Trend reports with reference to Jeyhun News.
During this period, the company manufactured 800,000 square meters of special surfaced waterproofing bitumen-polymer material. This is almost twice as much as was produced in the same period last year (more than 431,500 square meters).
Furthermore, the company manufactured 2.3 million bricks, 3,700 tons of liquid bitumen mastic and 320 tons of dry mix used for laying ceramic slabs from January through April this year.
The company's products are in great demand both in the domestic and foreign markets.
With the increasing dynamics of the construction of industrial and social facilities in Turkmenistan, the industry is becoming one of the major sectors of the economy, which is given an important role in the implementation of import substitution programs and increasing the export potential of the state.
