Norwegian police said Friday that the man arrested in connection with the shooting at a political youth camp was linked to the bombing in Oslo, dpa reported.
Police did not say if the suspect was Norwegian.
Meanwhile, following the twin attacks, border controls in Norway have been tightened. Air traffic at Oslo airport has not been disrupted, but passengers must expect longer security checks.
