Russia and Tajikistan will discuss bilateral and regional cooperation during Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov's visit to Dushanbe, CA-NEWS reported.
Lavrov's two-day visit to Dushanbe starts on Monday.
Lavrov plans to meet with Foreign Minister of Tajikistan Khamrokhon Zarifi. Russian Foreign Minister will also meet with President Emomali Rahmon on April 24.
It is officially reported that Lavrov's visit is associated with the 20th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Experts in Tajikistan say that Lavrov's visit comes amid a difficult situation that Dushanbe faced last week.
