Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The Baku Stock Exchange began a campaign "Stock market: learn and earn with us" aiming to develop interest in the stock market and increase the knowledge of business circles and entrepreneurs on securities.
Under this campaign the representatives of the Baku Stock Exchange, State Committee for Securities of Azerbaijan Republic, National Depository Centre and professional participants of the securities market will periodically visit the regions of the country and meet with representatives of local business circles in an effort to educate them on the local securities market and its prospects.
The campaign will be realized in two directions: enlightenment of regional business circles on the stock market, and attraction of potential issuers and investors to the market.
The first regional conference under the campaign will take place on December 7th, 2007 in Ganja city with the support of Ganja Entrepreneurs Association. Representatives of more than 100 companies are expected to attend the conference.
