Fitch has maintained all notes issued by Kazakh Mortgage Backed Securities 2007-I B.V.'s on rating watch negative, the agency reported on Thursday.
According to the agency, company's notes rating is as follows:
Class A (ISIN XS0293196266): 'BB+sf'; maintained on RWN
Class B (ISIN XS0293196696): 'Bsf'; maintained on RWN
Class C (ISIN XS0293196779): 'B-sf'; maintained on RWN
These rating actions follow the downgrade of Kazakh BTA Bank's (BTA; the parent company of the originator, BTA Ipoteka) Long-term Issuer Default Ratings to 'C' from 'CCC' on 23 December 2011.
