The State Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan Halkbank has announced a tender to import equipment for producing bank payment cards in accordance with international standards.
Legal entities and individuals are invited to participate in the tender, having the appropriate licenses and experience in working in world-class computer and digital technologies with large international companies, in banking, as well as guaranteeing the quality of the services provided in accordance with international standards for ensuring cyber security.
