ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, September 16. The Lebap region located in the east of Turkmenistan is completing the construction of two water management facilities, Trend reports.
One of these facilities is a sewage pumping station in the Azatlyk village in the Turkmenabat city, and the second is a water supply system from a water treatment plant with a capacity of 25,000 cubic meters per day, located in the Bitik village of the Charjew district.
The construction of both of these facilities is carried out by the 'Yash Turkmenler' private enterprise, which plans to complete the work by the end of this year.
Meanwhile, at the end of last year, Turkmenistan planned to start developing projects for the construction of a new desalination plant and a number of onshore pumping station facilities with their subsequent implementation.
