250 observers from CIS member states to arrive in Tajikistan for presidential election

(Kazakhstan today) - On 24-25 September, on invitation from the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of Tajikistan a commission from the CIS Executive Committee will arrive in Dushanbe from Minsk, which will create an office of the CIS observation mission at the presidential election in Tajikistan, reports Trend.

Muhibullo Dadadjanov, head of the apparatus of the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of Tajikistan, said that the mission will assist to the CIS observers in their work. Four persons from each CIS country will participate in the mission. "In total we expect not less than 250 observers from the CIS member states, 80 of them will stay in Tajikistan for a long term, that is until the announcement of the final election result," - he concluded.
