The main point of President Ilham Aliyev's last speech is that no one should attempt to violate the laws of Azerbaijan, Head of Azerbaijani Presidential Administration's Social and Political Department Ali Hasanov said in an interview to Khazar TV.

Hasanov was commenting on President Ilham Aliyev's closing speech at the conference on the results of the 4th year of implementation of the "State Program for socio-economic development of the regions of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2009-2013".

"The remarks made by the President were directed to the fact that children of the families of officials, businessmen, children from rich families must follow the rules of public conduct and obey the laws," Hasanov said. "If there is no obedience, then severe measures will be applied in each case."

He underlined that every state employee has individual norms of behavior.

"Why do entrepreneurs have to complain about some structures? Why businessmen are forced to be involved in various social projects? It was openly stated at the conference," Hasanov said.

Speaking about reckless driving, Hasanov said that drivers who use sun film and curtains on car windows, irritate people.

Commenting on the thoughts voiced at the conference regarding the fight against corruption, Hasanov said that the fight against corruption is not a campaign.

"During the meeting, the President said that he is not satisfied in this area. There are still problems in this area, and they continue to exist. Therefore, to address them, the President of Azerbaijan has again set serious tasks before the central and executive bodies," Hasanov underscored.
