“I will appeal unfair sentence by the Constitution Court at the European Court on Human Rights,” Ali Karimli, the chairman of the Popular Front of Azerbaijan Party (PFAP-reformers), said to a news conference on Friday, Trend reports.
Karimli noted that he would apply to the European Court on Human Rights with appeal against the sentence of the Azerbaijani Central Election Committee (CEC) and the Constitution Court on falsification of the parliamentary elections. “I will continue the struggle in this direction,” he added.
