France, Strasburg, 14 February /corr. Trend A.Maharremli / On 20 Feb, the Council of Europe's Commissioner on Human Rights, Thomas Hammarberg, will present to the Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers the report on situation of the human rights in Azerbaijan, a source in Council of Europe's Office for Human Rights reported to Trend on 14 February.
Discussions will be held with the Azerbaijani representation with regards to various issues on the human rights in Azerbaijan, which have been reflected in the report.
Hammarberg visited Azerbaijan from 3-7 September, to become familiarized with situation with regard to human rights in the Country.
