During the meeting, they discussed the possibility of the enhancement of cooperation between parties. It was agreed that a group of Japanese businessmen will visit Georgia this summer. The Japanese side expressed its readiness to provide not only technical but also financial assistance.
"Together with the Ministry of Economic Affairs, we will determine ways to cooperate in the future. We were talking about the ministry's future private sector cooperation. Improvement of legislation on small and medium enterprises and protection of property rights were also discussed. I think in the future, the cooperation will be more fruitful," Yanagisawa noted.
