An enterprise for the production of fresh and mineral water will be built in the village of Zeda-Dimi in the municipality of Bagdati, Georgia, Trend reports with reference to commersant.ge.
The volume of investments in the project is more than $2 million. The plant will be equipped with modern equipment and will be able to produce at least 1.4 million liters of water per year.
The project is carried out within the framework of the program “Produce in Georgia” and provides for the transfer of the property of the National Agency of State Property for a symbolic value of one lari.
The “Produce in Georgia” program initiated in the summer of 2014 with the objective to stimulate local production, offers the initiative participants two main incentives: financial resources and infrastructure (for example, land and buildings).
In April 2017, an agency under the same name was created. It combined all government programs aimed at promoting the business sector and the economic development of the country.
