BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 9. The number of cyber security-related requests in Azerbaijan amounted to 6,383 in 2022, out of which 94.76 percent (6,049) were reviewed and satisfied, the Special Communication and Information Security State Agency – Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) told Trend.
In the reporting period, the CERT prepared and sent 553 reports to the relevant structures, based on the information security audit.
Furthermore, 58 domains and 189 subdomains were registered in Azerbaijan's internet segment in 2022.
Meanwhile, a total of 3,977 unusual cyber attacks were launched in the Azerbaijani internet segment in 2021, decreasing by 20.3 percent compared to 2020.
