The Government Trading Corporation of Iran (GTC), affiliated with the Agriculture Ministry, intends to purchase 30,000 tons of 10 percent M/L crude sunflower seed oil through a single-stage international tender.
Brief description: purchasing 30,000 tons of 10 percent M/L crude sunflower seed oil in three separate cargos of 10,000 tons with different shipment periods on the basis of CFR pumped out one of the north Iranian ports (Amirabad, Nowshahr, Freydunkenar, or Anzali) .
All qualified companies and suppliers that want to place bids, are invited to receive tender documents from the secretary of Trades & Tenders committee located on the 4th floor of GTC building No. 2 , Fatemi Ave (opposite of Water and Wastewater Co.), Tehran, Iran along with an official letter of introduction no later than Sept. 5, 2018.
The bid participants are required to submit their stamped and sealed envelopes containing their offers before Oct. 9, 2018 (13:00 local time) to the Tender Secretariat located on the 7th floor.
Bid bond: 121,840 euros (5,838.9 million rials), which may be deposited either by cash or unconditional bank guarantee with three months of validity and extendible for another three months.
Note: participates who wish to bid for more than one cargo are obliged to deposit the above mentioned bid bond for each extra shipment.
Envelopes will be opened Oct. 9, 2018 in the presence of the bidder representatives at GTC’s tenders committee (2nd floor of GTC building No 2, Fatmei Ave. (opposite of Water and Wastewater Co.), Tehran, Iran).
