ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, November 22. Turkmennebit State Concern of Turkmenistan has announced an open international tender for the development of tender proposals for the design and implementation of a full range of works on the creation of an automated database and the introduction of an automated system based on digital technologies at the Seydi Oil Refinery.
The tender applications should be submitted no later than December 12, 2023.
One sealed envelope with a full tender offer (quotation) certified with a mastic seal must be delivered to the specified address. It is mandatory to enclose the electronic version of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract (in Word format), and the technical and economic specifications (in Excel format) in the tender envelope.
An invoice for $1,725 (including VAT) should be issued.
