The cause of the explosion at a campaign rally of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) in Diyarbakir is outside interference, Turkish Energy Minister Taner Yildiz said, Hurriyet reported on June 5.
"The source of the explosion was not a transformer box. It is about the external intervention. The blast knocked out the door inside the booth, so the epicenter of the explosion was outside", - Yildiz told reporters.
The parliamentary election in Turkey will be held on June 7.
Some 20 parties will take part in the election, during which 53,765,231 people are going to cast their votes.
