Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr.S.Ilhamgizi / Khatai District Court of Baku City did not satisfy the lawsuit of the Azerbaijani Azadlig Party brought against the State Committee on State Property Management of Azerbaijan. The State Committee did not allocate headquarters to the party, Ahmad Oruj, the chairman of the party, said to the Trend Agency.
The opposition party appealed to the State Committee for several times. The party brought an action against the chairman of the party, Karim Hasanov.
The Judge of Khatai District Court, Bahram Shukurov, did not satisfy the lawsuit of the party.
The chairman of the party intends to appeal to the Court Council against the decision of the court.
