Azerbaijan, Baku, 12 March / Trend / On 11 March, Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev issued an Executive Order to prepare a plan of action to mark at state level the 85th anniversary of the nationwide leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev.
Under the Presidential order, the Administration of the President, the Cabinet of Ministers and other relevant bodies must prepare and implement the plan of action.
The President also instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to deal with tasks arising from the Order.
