President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on Tuesday appointing Gabriel Valentin Comanescu as Honorary Consul of Azerbaijan to the Romanian city of Constanta.
The Foreign Ministry has been instructed to resolve issues arising from the order.
