President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Khachmaz region as part of his tour of the country`s Northern part.
The Head of State laid flowers at a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in the city center.
Head of Khachmaz Region Executive Authorities Shamsaddin Khanbabayev informed the President of the landscaping in the area.
