It is expected that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will pay a visit to Turkey on November 12., Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Jahit Bagchi Tweetted,Trend reports.
"The presidents of our countries will meet for the third time this year on October 26, in Karabakh, and for the fourth time - on November 12 in Istanbul," the publication says.
On November 12, Istanbul will host the eighth summit of the heads of state of the Turkic Council countries.
