Ilham ALiyev, the Azerbaijani President, will pay a visit to the United Arabic Emirates (UAE) till late 2005,” Eldar Salimov, the Azerbaijani Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the UAE, told Trend.
According to Salimov, the official invitation has been handed over the President recently and the sides are currently unifying the date of the forthcoming visit and the visit program. “We plan to sign a package of bilateral documents aimed at development of the bilateral trade and economic, as well as humanitarian relations,” the Ambassador noted.
The sides designed a package of agreements, including agreements on trade and economic cooperation, cooperation in mutual protection and promotion of investments, health, and education. “I hope in laying of strong foundation for further mutually beneficial cooperation between the countries by signing the documents,” the diplomat stressed.
