Armenia bears the responsibility for fires on occupied Azeri grounds, whether these are arsons or natural fires, reportedly said Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov, receiving Maud de Boer-Buquicchio, CE Deputy Secretary General.
Minister stated his concern with ongoing fires along Azeri-Armenian frontline and said it is a disaster both for Azerbaijan and region as whole.
