Azerbaijan, Baku /corr Trend A.Ismayilova / Arif Mammadov, the Azerbaijani Ambassador at the Council of Europe informed that the Council of Europe Commissioner on Human Rights, Thomas Hammerberg, will visit Azerbaijan in October.
Originally scheduled for March, the Commissioner's visit was postponed due to his unscheduled visit to UN connected to the situation in Bosnia.
Prior to his first official visit to Azerbaijan, Hammerberg will hold specific research in relation to the protection of human rights in Azerbaijan.
