Azerbaijan and Georgia to Schedule Prospects of Military Cooperation

Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend S.Agayeva / Prospects of bilateral cooperation in the military sector between Azerbaijan and Georgia will be discussed at a meeting of the Defense Ministers of the two countries, Safar Abiyev and David Kezerashvili in Tbilisi on 14-16 September during the Azerbaijani Minister's official visit to Georgia.
Abiyev's visit will be in response to his Georgian counterpart's tour made in July.
Diplomatic sources said that during the meeting there are plans to discuss with the military political leadership of Georgia issues related to the establishment of the peacemaking contingent of GUAM, cooperation in the military-technical sector and regional security.
