The Kristal Absheron construction company, operating in Azerbaijan, is completing construction of a major housing estate in Yeni Gunashli settlement in Baku, a source in the company told Trend.
All construction work will be fully completed at the end of December this year, according to the source.
“Construction of the residential complex will be completed Dec. 31, but the object will be fully commissioned in May-June next year,” the source noted. “During the first six months of 2020, repair will be carried out in the multi-storey housing estate ‘D’, located in Yeni Gunashli settlement of Surakhani district, the apartments in which will be put up for sale fully renovated on turnkey basis. The residential area consists of 16 floors, with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments of 60-100 and more square meters.”
“Housing is also sold on credit,” the source added. “The initial payment for apartments is 20 percent of its value, and the maximum credit period is 20 years. The average price of 1 square meter is about 1,240 manat ($730.9).”
In this complex, apartments with sea view are relatively more expensive than similar ones, regardless of the square, according to the source.
“In the construction of the housing estate, high-quality building materials were used without harmful chemical impurities, in particular, concrete ‘B-25’ made in Ukraine, fittings and pads used for smoothness of concrete made by the German Peri company, Firat pipes of the famous Turkish brand, electric cables manufactured by Imkacable company,” the source noted.
The residential complex has generators providing the building with electric energy, centralized heating system manufactured by the Italian Immergas company that provides heating of apartments.
The floors in the apartments are covered with glossy parquet, made in Indonesia, there are wallpapers of Italian production.
Bathrooms are equipped with accessories produced by E.C.A. company (Turkey). PVC windows are made according to German technology, tiles are made in Spain. Buyers of apartments are issued a bill of sale from Azerbaijan’s Real Estate State Register Service.
The Kristal Absheron construction company has been operating in the Azerbaijani market since 2003.
