Iran and China trade turnover on first half of 2011 increased to $21 billion and it's expected the figure surpasses $40 billion by the end of current solar year (started on March20, 2011) , IRNA reported quoting deputy head of Iran-China Chamber of Chamber Mohammad Reza Hariri as saying.

"The volume of trade between two countries within recent months has 45 percent growth while Iran's export increased as well," he said.

Due to reduce of trade with Europe Iran seek to increase trade with China and East Asian countries.

Iran is China's third crude oil supplier and in recent years exported steel, steel ingots , copper, pistachio , saffron and other non - oil products to China.

China exported equipments, light industrial products, machineries, cars, agriculture and food products to Iran.
