Coke production plant saves $90,000 per day for Iran

By Fatih Karimov - Trend: A coke production plant has been launched in Iran's Esfahan Steel Complex, which saves $90,000 per day for the country, IRIB reported on Dec.28.

The plant produces 300 tons of coke per day. The total coke production capacity of the complex has reached 1,850 tons per day.

Coke is a solid black substance produced from coal and burned to provide heat.
