Rustam Mammadov and Lala Jafarova have joined the board of the Azerbaijani PASHA Life insurance company, the insurance company told Trend Feb. 22.
Earlier, Mammadov held the post of the first deputy chairman of board in Auto Azerbaijan company, while Jafarov - head of the HR department, law and information technology in PASHA Life company.
Moreover, Niyaz Ismayilov, deputy chairman of board of the insurance company has been appointed PASHA Life first deputy chairman of board, while Dilara Babayeva, member of the board, has been appointed deputy chairperson of the insurance company.
Thus, the insurance company's board consists of five people, namely, chairman Mursal Rustamov, first deputy chairman Niyaz Ismayilov, deputy chairperson Dilara Babayeva, board members - Rustam Mammadov, Lala Jafarova.
PASHA Life has been operating since 2011. It is the largest company on the life-insurance market in Azerbaijan.
