The Turkmen Foreign Ministry has hosted a meeting with a high-ranking representative of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Turkmen Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
The sides noted importance of joint efforts for implementation of significant potential in the trade and economic spheres. The parties made proposals to build up the Turkmen-Chinese partnership.
“Speaking about the high level of cooperation between Turkmenistan and China, the sides noted the strategic nature of the partnership between the countries in various fields,” the ministry said.
The two countries named the fuel and energy sector, trade and economic sphere, construction, agro-industrial complex as key directions of the partnership.
