Kazakhstan's Pavlodar region to realize more investment projects

Investment project on cultivation of some 12,000 tons of tomatoes and cucumbers is to be realized in Pavlodar region of Kazakhstan, said Albek Nesipbekov, the Chairman of the “Pavlodar” Socio-Entrepreneurship Corporation, Trend reports via press office of the region’s akimat (administrative center).

He made the statement during the meeting with Bulat Bakauov, the Head of the Pavlodar region.

This project covers the greenhouse complexes launch in Aksu and Ekibastuz cities of Pavlodar region via the usage of state assets of SEC Pavlodar.

“The territory of 30 and five hectare were already documented. Both these projects are to be situated near the operating power plants, which will allow for the cheap electric and heat energy to be supplied to the ventures,” the report said.

Furthermore, a number of other projects were discussed during the meeting, i.e. the construction of the sugar plant of 100,000 tons of sugar manufacturing volume, the construction of the complex on potato processing for the starch manufacturing, as well as the demonstration irrigation system of Valmont company is the Zhelezin district of the region.
