Since April 1, 2020, Uzbekistan Airways has been doing regular Tashkent-Munich-Tashkent flights, Trend reports citing Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Transport.
In addition, work is underway to attract other airlines, for example, from Greece or Qatar for scheduled flights to Uzbekistan.
The possibilities of establishing flights involving national and foreign airlines to the cities of China Sanya, Xi'an, Yiwu, Shanghai and Guangzhou, as well as the organization of flights between Uzbekistan and Canada are being considered as well.
Since September 27, the Chinese Zhejiang Loong Airlines airline began to operate charter flights from Xian to Tashkent.
Currently, the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan, in order to improve the quality of services, is taking appropriate measures to increase the frequency of flights from Uzbekistan to Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Israel, Iran, Saudi Arabia and the Czech Republic.
