The prices for commercial facilities in Azerbaijan’s capital Baku rose by 7.6 percent in May 2020 compared to the previous month, Director General of the MBA Consulting Group company Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
An annual growth of the indicator reached 3.1 percent.
The price of one square meter of commercial facilities in the reporting month amounted to $1,737.
As for the value of land, a slight increase was also observed in this market segment. In May of this year, the average price of 100 square meters of land amounted to about $22,000.
On an annualized basis, the growth of this indicator was 19.3 percent, and on a monthly basis - 13.8 percent.
Private house prices in May 2020 increased by 3.1 percent, and year-on-year - by 2.9 percent.
A slight growth was also observed in prices for country houses. In this segment, prices rose by 1.3 percent over the month, and by 0.9 percent on an annualized basis.
The prices for rental housing increased by 0.97 percent over the month, and by 2.15 percent year-on-year.
