On December 8, an agreement will be signed between Azerbaijan and World Bank on grant presentation for the preparation of the accounting project in to the corporative and state sector.
The grant will be presented in line with the PHRD Fund of the Japanese Government in the amount of $895,000. Azerbaijani side for the grant agreement will be signed by the Finance Minister Samir Sharifov. The document has been approved by the WB Regional Director for the South Caucasus, Don Doused-Koyrolo.
The project itself is expected to be confirmed in the first half of 2007. The World Bank plans to allocate $15-20 mln for the project in line with International Development Association.
