Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend / The participants of the Real Estate market, has reported that the average price of housing in Baku comprised $990 per sq m in April 2007. The price index of Azeri-Rei increased by 3.1% in April 2007.
A considerable decrease has occurred within the real estate. The sale of several buildings under construction has been completely suspended or limited.
Monitoring revealed that inflation on expenditure, the increase of prices of construction materials and transport that has lead to the dynamic growth of the average main cost of housing.
