The Azerbaijani Ministry of Youth and Sports has announced an open tender for holding the 11th International Children's Mugham Contest.
The tender participation fee is 100 manats.
Those willing to participate in the tender must send the necessary documents till 18:00 (GMT+4) on September 11, 2019, while proposals – till 18:00 on September 19, 2019.
The packages with tender bids will be opened at 10:00 on September 20, 2019.
