Turkey's "Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi" university has announced an open tender to update licenses for Microsoft Windows operational system and update the university's computer network security system.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender participation fee is 200 liras ($31.1).
The tender will be held at 10:00 (GMT +3) on March 26, 2020.
