Opposition-minded National Council of Azerbaijan held a sanctioned rally on Sunday in the courtyard of a driving school located at Elchin Azizov Street in a 20 residential area of Sabayil district of Baku.
No incidents were recorded in the course of the rally.
The police have taken the necessary safety measures for conducting of the rally.
