A conference on establishing of a railway communication through Abkhazia will be held in Tbilisi on Wednesday, November 20, at the initiative of 'Eurasian choice of Georgia' non governmental organization. The conference will discuss the positive and negative aspects of this step.
The discussions will be attended by the Russian experts, journalists and members of the public. There will also be connections via Skype with Moscow, Yerevan and Abkhazia.
The former Georgian Defense Minister, Valeri Khaburdzania, Armenian expert, Areg Galstyan, the Abkhaz politician, Beslan Kobakhia, editor-in-chief of 'Odnako. Eurasia' magazine Semen Uralov, Jewish political analyst, Avigdor Eskin will take part in the conference via the Skype.
