Azerbaijani youth representatives should be country’s worthy citizens – top official
Baku, Azerbaijan, May 16
Representatives of the Azerbaijani youth should become the country's worthy citizens, the patriots, sincerely love their motherland and be proud of it, said Ali Ahmadov, the deputy prime minister of Azerbaijan, the executive secretary of the country's ruling New Azerbaijan Party.
"In this case, no one can commit aggression against the country, where such patriots live," he said at the 4th report-election conference of the party's youth association on May 16. "Such patriots of the country have the strength to resist any aggression."
Ahmadov urged the youth to develop character and spiritual qualities, which will be useful for it in the future.
"A character, formed at a younger age, plays an important role in a person's destiny," he said.
Ahmadov also urged young people to be loyal to the New Azerbaijan Party and to have dedication.
"Young people should enrich their knowledge, have a modern world-view, engage in scientific activities, and on the basis of this knowledge, they should act for the good of the country and represent it abroad," said Ahmadov.
