OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA) will send a delegation of 59 people to monitor the early parliamentary elections to be held in Azerbaijan on Feb. 9, OSCE PA told Trend

"Artur Gerasymov (Ukraine) will serve as Special Coordinator and Elona Gjebrea Hoxha (Albania) will serve as Head of PA Delegation. The revised numbers after some cancellations: 59 observers registered, of which 40 are MPs, from 29 countries," said OSCE PA.

Reportedly, deployments will in Baku city, Ismayilli and Ganja.

The period for the submission of applications to the appropriate district election commission for monitoring the early parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan scheduled for Feb. 9 will end on Feb. 4.

To date, 842 international observers have passed accreditation for the early parliamentary elections.

The international observers represent 55 countries and 56 organization.
