Azeri President leaves for Nakhchivan

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev left for Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR) on Monday with a two-day visit, the President’s Apparat told Trend.

During his stay the head of state plans to participate in an opening of several enterprises and economic, social, education facilities, as well as hold a public meeting.

A solemn ceremony dedicated to the commencement of the Iranian gas delivery to NAR will be held on Tuesday with the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Iran. The two heads of state are also going to hold consultations.
