The materials of the criminal case of Hadji Mammadov and the members of his band were forwarded to the court, Trend reports quoting the interview of Azerbaijan deputy procurator-general Rustam Usubov to ANS television.
The case will be considered in the Court on Heinous Crime. The number of the accused people is 27 persons. The former deputy interior minister Zakir Nasirov, the former deputy chairman of the department of Capitalbank Elchin Aliyev and others are also among them.
