BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 5. All energy facilities constructed in Azerbaijan's Karabakh and East Zangazur went through digitalization process, Baba Rzayev, president of "Azerenergy" JSC ", said, Trend reports via hiss article, published in the "Azerbaijan" newspaper.
According to Rzayev, early elimination of accidents, process management, opening and closing operations are now automated at digitized facilities on the liberated lands. Work is being carried out on the concept of a digital power system in accordance with the fourth industrial revolution.
"In 2021, in parallel with the construction of a 110 kilowatt double-chain transmission line 35 km long from the substation "Khyndiristan" to Aghdam, substations "Agdam-1" and "Agdam-2", the construction of the Regional Center for Digital Management of Karabakh has started, and on February 13, 2022, all three facilities were solemnly opened," he said.
As Rzayev noted, "Azerezhi" has already taken important steps to restore "lost energy capacity" on the liberated lands and to increase the country’s export potential.
"Today, large-scale projects are being implemented using advanced technological equipment to provide the population with stable and uninterrupted energy in every region of the country. The electric power system is being renewed and modern power plants are being built. It also contributes to the growth of new generation capacity in the country. Azerbaijan has already become a reliable partner of the countries in the region as a dynamic and rapidly developing country," he said.
