Iran’s IRENEX names products to be on sale for September 13

BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 13. More than 115,000 tons of various hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on September 13, Trend reports.

Of the mentioned volume, 12,400 tons will be on sale on the domestic floor of the energy exchange.

The following goods are to be offered:

- Iranian Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company’s 4,000 tons of pentane and 400 tons of butane products;

- Elixir Halal Assaluyeh Petrochemical Company’s 2,000 tons of light hydrocarbons, 200 tons of normal hexane and 90 tons of pentane products;

- Nouri Petrochemical Company’s 4,000 tons of heavy distillate;

- Sepahan Petrochemical Company’s 1,470 tons of extracts;

- Shiraz Oil Refining Company’s 148 tons of solvent-404;

- Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company’s 120 tons of MTBE products.

At the same time, more than 103,000 tons of products will be on sale on the international floor of the IRENEX:

- Iranian Nouri Petrochemical Company’s 21,000 tons of Raffinate, 15,000 tons of heavy distillate and 10,000 tons of light naphtha;

- Lavan Oil Refining Company’s 15,000 tons of naphtha;

- Shazand Oil Refining Company’s 10,000 tons of RCD (Reduced Crude Desulfurization) unit’s processed residue;

- Pars Behin Qeshm Oil Refining Company’s 10,000 tons of naphtha;

- Fannavaran Petrochemical Company’s 5,600 tons of methanol;

- Esfahan Oil Refining Company’s 4,000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG);

- The National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company’s 4,000 tons of white oil;

- Persian Gulf Star Oil Company’s 3,400 tons of white oil;

- Persian Gulf Bid-Boland Gas Refining Company’s 3,000 tons of pentane;

- Iranol Oil Company’s 2,000 tons of heavy extracts (DAE-40);

- Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company’s 240 tons of MTBE products.

Meanwhile, total sales at the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) were 27.7 trillion rials (about $67.1 million) during the last Iranian week (September 2 through September 6, 2023), representing a 32 percent decrease from the previous week (August 26 through August 30, 2023).

Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) sells its products at the SANA exchange rate.

SANA system is a system introduced by the Central Bank of Iran to the currency exchange offices, where the price of 1 euro is 442,829 rials and the price of $1 is 412,876 rials.

The sale of hydrocarbon products at the Iran Energy Exchange is of great importance to the country’s economy. Through the energy exchange, Iran seeks to provide hydrocarbon products needed by local companies as well as increase exports.
