The quotations of potential suppliers, signed and sealed (if any), must contain the following information and documents:
- name, address of the potential supplier;
- name, description and number of services;
- place and time of provision of services;
- unit price and total price of the service, excluding VAT, with included costs related to provision of the service;
- technical specification signed by the potential supplier.
